No more dark skin and music videos

Black men are glorifying women of other races in a lot of music videos lately. I love women of all races but there does stand with an obvious note. Are 'they' not letting dark skin women in music videos anymore? Are black man disowning black women upon success? Is mainstream media displaying rich black men with nonblack women as a trend? Or are black men in the music community just expressing mass love for all women of all races? Are nonblack models cheaper than black models? Are black models not good enough for black men in the industry anymore? Is the black skinned woman a fading exotica? There's many more questions I could ask about this but please watch my video and let me know your views about this thank you.

My favorite things 2012

Ladies here's another look at some of my favorite things from 2012.

Beauty Resolution

Well ladies we made it it's almost 2013 and as we all know it's time for new fashion resolutions. But I have been stopping myself from doing it. I'm ready to say I'm doing my natural hair blogs and diaries. I will now blog about natural hair care and my regimens and my styling. I've done almost everything I could possibly due to my hair and now it is time to just go natural. Although I'm not breaking up with my weaves and wigs I will wear them periodically as long as I am protectively styling my natural hair with it. I'd like to encourage a lot of women to go natural and to love themselves before they do fall in love with those wigs and weaves. If you're also on a different type of hair journey or just wear your hair natural please feel free to post your stories or links to your hair journey montage videos or the like. I really believe that this is the most high of black beauty that we've ever seen and it's just time to live in the glory of it. I love my black hair and I have been talented and blessed with great know-how care style and grace of my hair. The goal throughout my hair journey now is not to necessarily gain only blames but to gain a better relationship and understanding of my natural hair. I commonly see young women fall into stigmas of not everywhere under natural hair and I have been her before. Now I'm a grown woman and I am in self love and I truly believe that if you can get along with yourself it just generally makes you a happier person. Besides we all know that if you don't love yourself how can you love anyone else or expect anyone else to love you. So in 2013 I'm going to love myself even more and make sure it shows from the inside out. I hope I can encourage someone else out there to just chilly start loving from the inside out as well if you'd never have are you never tried let this be your year to practice doing so. I'll keep you updated with my hair journey via youtube Mostly. Please subscribe to my channel and thank you, I am open to hearing some of your New Year's resolutions as well good night and merry Christmas world.
